Terms of Service
This is an English translation. If it differs from the Korean version, the Korean version prevails.
1. Purpose
These Terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the website and mobile apps provided by Half and Half Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) (the “Services”), and the rights and obligations of the Company and its users.
2. Effect and changes
These Terms take effect when posted on the Services. The Company announces changes 7 days before they take effect, or 30 days before for changes unfavourable to users. Where an individual app has additional terms or policies, those prevail for that app.
3. Provision and changes of the Services
The Company aims to provide the Services around the clock. It may change or suspend all or part of the Services for maintenance, outages or operational reasons, with advance notice, or with notice afterwards where unavoidable.
4. User obligations
Users must not:
- Use another person's information or create and use multiple accounts
- Use the Services with automation tools, emulators, or modified devices or apps
- Click ads fraudulently or manipulate viewing records
- Disrupt the normal operation of the Services or infringe the rights of the Company or others
5. Restrictions
If a user breaches section 4, the Company may restrict use of the Services or suspend the account, and may reclaim rewards or benefits obtained through abuse.
6. Advertising
The Services may contain advertising. Advertisers are responsible for their ads and for the products and services they offer.
7. Intellectual property
Copyright and other intellectual property in the Services and their content belong to the Company or the rightful owners. Users may not copy, distribute or modify them without the Company's permission.
8. Limitation of liability
The Company is not liable for damage caused by events beyond its control, such as natural disasters or network failures, or caused by the user, except for damage caused by the Company's wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes relating to the Services will be resolved by the court with jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act of Korea.

These Terms take effect on October 30, 2026.
